Cupid's Undie Run is making its debut in Omaha, NE!

This Valentine's Day weekend, come put the hilarity in charity with hundreds of half-naked runners taking to the streets in celebration of their fundraising for the Children's Tumor Foundation.

Be a part of something great. Last year Cupid's raised over $1.3 Million to end NF and we're relying on YOU to join and make this year's fundraising (and party) the biggest and best yet.

Start a team, join a team, or just run solo and make some new friends!

The party starts at 12:00pm , run time is 2:00pm , then back for more fun until 4:00pm . Arrive early and stay late... and feel free to remain pants-less the entire time!

Raised: hmm...

Our Heroes

our heroes

Tomorrow a new family will have their world turned upside down – they will be told that their child has a rare genetic disorder they can barely pronounce. There will be MRIs, many more doctors visits, and currently no treatments. We run and raise because we believe there is a solution to end NF and through the research guided by the Children’s Tumor Foundation and the funds we raise, we will find it.

FAQ & Contact

FAQ & CONTACT

Top Questions

Is there an age limit?

All participants in Cupid’s Undie Run must be 21+.
You must bring ID.  No ID, no entry, no exceptions.

Donations, Donation Page Problems, Offline Donations?

If your donation is NOT showing up or it went to the wrong person, please fill out this form and we can get it fixed right away: http://cupidsundierun.com/DonationHelp

For offline donations (entered on your fundraising admin page), yes we will count them towards your incentive total *BUT* we will be tracking those down from you if they do not arrive.

Where do I send checks?

Please send donations to:
Children’s Tumor Foundation
Attn: Cupid’s + [Runner's Name]
95 Pine St. 16th Floor
New York, NY 10005

Team Issues?

If you create a team, ALL team members must register before the event sells out. We will not make exceptions. Just to reiterate:

Every individual on your team must be registered through the website in order to come to the event.

Team members can join a team after the fact, even if they register as an individual. Just login at http://hopecur.com and select “Your Information” in the menu bar, then “Join or Create Team” and choose the desired team to join. This also works in the opposite direction, so you can switch to a different team or choose to run as an individual if you previously signed up on a team.

What should I bring on race day?

ID and undies, duh. The rest is optional. Try to keep it light so you don’t accidentally lose anything or have stuff get lost in the bag shuffle.

Oh, and try to plan where you’ll keep your ID/phone/etc. while you’re out running the streets. A baggie into your undies? Gross, but it works. Stuffing into your socks? That works. Fanny packs are always hilarious, too.

Is Cupid's Undie Run a race?

Cupid’s Undie Run is a fun run, NOT a race. It is not timed. There are not winners (aside from the Children’s Tumor Foundation).

We encourage everyone to run together as a big group (umm, body warmth, duh). If you are competitive at heart, we suggest you put some of that competitiveness to see if you have what it takes to become a top fundraiser!

Are spectators allowed in the venue?

No, only registered participants will be allowed in the venue. We will be pushing capacity, so no exceptions. Spectators are encouraged to line the race course and cheer on all their friends, family and strangers. Someone’s gotta take the pictures, after all! Spectators are encouraged to donate to the cause at cupidusndierun.com/donate.

Will it be cold?

It’s February, sooo… probably. It all depends on your latitude and Momma Nature.

DC had 4 feet of snow in 2010. It was a balmy 45F in 2011. Depending on the city, our best guess is that temperatures will range from cold to holy-crap-I-can’t-feel-my-face. Fun!

For example, in Sydney Australia you will probably need… sunscreen!

What if it rains or snows?

Cupid’s Undie Run will happen rain or shine. It’s only a mile or so. You can do it!

If there is a weather emergency, we will act accordingly (e.g. an epic snow storm hit NYC a few days prior to the 2013 run, so we had to delay it by 1 week). Keep an eye on the main page and on your city’s page for alerts. They’ll show up as a yellow bar located at the top of the page.

I earned VIP Open-Bar status. What does that "Open-Bar" entail?

Open-Bar gets you free drinks from noon – 4pm (may vary by city).  Open-Bar will be limited to a select number of beers (TBD) and rail drinks. Please drink responsibly and arrange for a designated driver or use of public transportation.

If I drop out, can I transfer my slot? Do I get a refund?

No refunds. Transfers done between two private parties are allowed and require the registered runner to change their info (name/email/address/DOB/etc) on HopeCUR.com .

Cupid’s Undie Run will not conduct any transfers or be held responsible for any inaccurate information switched between individuals. The info that shows up on your page is what we check for at the door.

Top Fundraising Competition Rules

  • The team in each city with the highest fundraising amount will earn a special award (TBA) and receive recognition in the awards ceremony.
  • Team fundraising totals will be for all individuals signed up on a team.
  • Fundraising totals will be based off the LIVE dollar amounts reflected on cupidsundierun.com at the time of the awards ceremony.
  • Team members are eligible and will receive fundraising awards for their individual participation as well (i.e. they can still earn undies, robe, VIP,  Timbuk2 bag, etc.)
  • There is not a limit on the number of individuals registered per team, but we urge against creating super-teams (e.g. teams bigger than 25 or so people) that put other teams at an unfair advantage in the team fundraising competition. Play nice.
